The instructor must be able to convert face to face (f2f) format to online. This process does not mean using a PowerPoint presentation from an f2f course and posting it in a LMS. One must know how they will use the PowerPoint presentation in the course and for means of learning for the student.
Plagiarism
Plagiarism has been a problem in f2f courses, however in most online courses most institutions in the LMS the school provide a section for the student to review. This section is important for each student educational journey, one would not believe how easy it is to make a mistake with plagiarism.

With any course one can expect at least one student in his/her course will encounter software/application issues. As an instructor it is our responsible to learn as much as possible about any software or application we will use in our course. One must be able to identify what the problem is and how we can help the student with moving forward with his/her assignment.

The most important part of the online course is the LMS, we as instructor must make sure that our course LMS is up to date. We must ensure that any and all information is correct and accurate. Any miss information the student will look to the instructor for the correct answer. As instructor we should inspect daily the LMS to ensure the information is correct for our students.

The syllabus is a lifeline to the course, it gives the student an ideal of what the course purpose is and what the student will learn. It gives what skill sets will be taught and in what week to expect the skill set to be taught. The students will have a description of the course alone with the school mission statement.
Providing Resources
Students love to receive extra resources from their instructors. When giving out the extra help some student use it as a guide to look further for more information concerning their assignment. When the instructor stresses how using the extra tools one institution provides for the student’s leaning journey, it helps with the student ability to complete his/her assignment.
